When you request an evaluation, we collect the company name, your name, your title, and your email address from the request form. We use this information to send your evaluation access link, manage your evaluation period, and follow up with you about the evaluation.

Analytics and cookies

With your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed, approximate location, and device type. Google Analytics sets cookies to do this.

Analytics does not load until you select “Accept” on our cookie banner. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set and no analytics data is collected. We retain evaluation request records for the duration of your evaluation and our related business relationship. Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics configuration. You can ask us to delete your information as described below.
